Eastdil Secured is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Santa Monica office. The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing and pipelining of talent for U.S. offices. We are looking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent service and who thrives in a fast paced and professional environment.
Essential Functions

Manage high volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and departments, and locations recommending and implementing the most effective recruiting strategy for each line of business
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including job boards, membership organizations and networking
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager, HR team and hiring managers to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies with a process improvement mindset
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business needs by conducting recruiting kick off, designing job descriptions and leading update meetings
- Manage internal and external job postings on various platforms including BambooHR, LinkedIn, SelectLeaders, Indeed, Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter Review applications and select candidates for screening and interviewing
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants to screen for minimum qualifications and organizational fit
- Coordinate scheduling of virtual and in-person interviews for candidates, hiring managers and teams in various locations
- Perform reference checks for teams and document candidate feedback
- Monitor interview progress and candidate experience, providing updates to candidates and teams as needed
- Stay up to date on new sourcing tools and best practices
- Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the position
- Help to provide feedback and influence hiring decisions
- Organize and provide HR with relevant candidate documents, such as resumes, job descriptions, and job screening notes
- Run reporting and metrics on an ad-hoc basis
- Act as an ambassador of Eastdil Secured to attract top talent
- Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat candidates to ensure future needs are met
- Develop new candidate pipelines through sourcing channels, networking groups, social media, referrals, and advertising
- Source for multiple searches and hiring managers simultaneously
Education and Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience required
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining experience
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, SharePoint and BambooHR skills
- Experience with implementation and management of ATS a plus
- Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, high-touch environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external colleagues and partners
- Must work well independently and within a team and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and collaboration
- Excellent written, oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of labor law and employer best practices
