**This is a full-time, in-office role with frequent overtime required.**
The Staffing/ Scheduling Assistant is responsible for supporting their team with creating clinician's schedules, maintaining excellent relationships with clinicians, and being knowledgeable of clinician's skills, abilities, and coverage area. They play a crucial role in supporting the Staffing Coordinator with schedules of our clinicians visiting patients in many areas we cover.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care services, primarily through phone calls.
- Manage, organize, and troubleshoot the patient and staffing log every day.
- Keep field staff availability updated and posted.
- Keep the EMR system up to date.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the clinicians.
- Communicate with the nurses and patients and troubleshoot based on the situations.
- Provide accurate information and updates to nurses for daily schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
