Currently, we are hiring for Pest Control Technician - Additional Services in your area! Our Additional Service Technicians are responsible for providing 5-star customer service while performing our additional services, which include termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and wildlife removal, flea/tick and bed bug treatments.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

Additional Service Technicians complete installation of our additional services, which include, but not limited to the following:

Provide exclusion and/or manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors of buildings for rodent control
Provide remediation services to crawl spaces and attics for rodent control and thermal improvement
Accomplish all tasks while utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Work with inspectors to provide the best solutions for customers to help our customers maintain a high quality of life
Work effectively and safely with all tools and equipment. Maintain these tools and equipment.
Complete all work with the highest degree of respect toward each customer and their property
Interact with customers, face-to-face, to explain service features and benefits
Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records
Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy
Drive a box truck when required, adhering to DOT and safety requirements in addition to adhering to Company Box Truck Policy
Manage inventory, equipment, and tools by reporting to the branch for restocks, and the checking in/out of equipment
Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training; this includes participation in on-site meetings and trainings

Ability to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, and some holidays
Must earn and maintain state-required training and licensing (provided)

Strong consideration will be given to the candidates who:

Have experience and are comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces and on roofs
OSHA certified on ladder safety
Have working knowledge and understanding of construction
Have basic handy skills and experience working with ladders and power tools
Have experience installing and removing insulation
Have a pest control license and/or experience working in pest control
