About the Role…*
As a Production Operator you will be responsible for operating and cleaning various types of high-speed equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This position requires individuals who are focused on supporting the business operational goals of safety, quality, cost (waste, efficiency, defects), and service, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

The team works collaboratively to make sure every aspect of production is running efficiently and effectively so we can continue to do what we do best – producing the number one nationally distributed bottled spring water in the United States.

About the Work Environment…*
This position is located at the Moultonborough Plant. The candidate will be required to work in a food manufacturing environment.

*
What You’ll Do…*

Maintain machine operation with minimal down time by solving machine errors while running and reporting any errors the operator cannot fix to the shift leader/line director or the Sidel/husky mechanic immediately.
Both during the production run and after the shift has ended, the operator is to check all of the control points written on the quality control paperwork to ensure bad product is separated from the good quality product.
Assist with preventive maintenance on machines.
While operating a forklift, the operator is to comply with CG Roxane’s code of safe practices at all times.
Preforms must be labeled and stored correctly.
Load hoppers with the correct preforms.
Clear bottle hangs ups on air conveyors in a swift and efficient manner.
Complete preform and bottle quality checks and report any non-conformities immediately to the appropriate personnel.
Accountable for cleaning all of the warehouse and tower platforms, blowing rooms, compressor rooms, machines and all other areas during any down time throughout the production run and after each shift.
Proper protective equipment must be worn when entering the injection and blow molding room.
Use the correct color code and store all cleaning supplies in the designated area.
Assist in new employee training and provide feedback.
All preforms are to be labeled, boxed and stored correctly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
All other duties as assigned.
