We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Marketing Director to lead our marketing and business development efforts for leasing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, developing and executing strategic marketing plans and partnering closely with sales professionals, clients and key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Boston commercial real estate market. This role will work closely with brokerage professionals and clients to develop pitches, presentations and campaigns for new business efforts, property marketing and sales. In addition, this leader will director and oversee the marketing needs for the Boston office through close collaboration with the SVP, East Region Marketing, global design team, lines of business, PR and research teams.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- 10-12+ years experience guiding creatives and marketers
- Proven track record of leading and managing the development and implementation of creative initiatives
- Significant experience and practical expertise in marketing, strategy, and visual design, as well as a high competency for managing a team on the most complex of projects
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
- Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience a must
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
