We are currently hiring for NIGHTS, the shift hours are 6 PM to 6 AM for 3 days each week.
No experience? No problem! We are excited to teach you and help you become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Training

On the job training will be provided to all nursing assistants. The training period will be tailored to each individual, longer or shorter depending on comfort level and experience

Requirements

Effective communication

A patient attitude while working with residents and coworkers

Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care

Willingness to obtain certification within 120-days of employment
Job Duties

Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
-
Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
-
Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising

Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet

Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary

Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
