The staff member working as Financial Customer Service Associate will be interacting by phone and email with financial advisors affiliated with our registered investment advisor (RIA) business unit named Sigma Planning Corporation (SPC). This person is responsible for acting as a service advisor between the financial professionals and our advisory service partners. Being knowledgeable with the managed money platforms, our policies and procedures, and service partners’ requirements, this person services our advisors needs via telephone and email.
Training period will require presence at home office location in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Post-training may allow for some work-from-home capability.
Licensing Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and Series 7 license, or willingness to obtain both within first 12 months. Attaining required licensure within the stated timeframe, along with satisfactorily meeting job requirements, will position individuals for compliance career track consideration.
Education and/or Experience:
Ideal candidates will have obtained a Bachelor’s degree. One-year securities brokerage operations experience preferred. Other work experience may be considered.

Equipment & Software Skills:
Strong computer skills are required. May be asked to research various product, investment strategy, and marketing information. Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, required.
