The Account Executive works with the Account Supervisor (AS) and/or Account Director in directing and coordinating assigned projects on a busy retail account. In this role, the AE is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work, all marketing needs: Video/TV, Social, Digital, Website, OOH, and Print.
The AE will be responsible for managing on-going and in-depth interactions with both the agency’s staff and client contacts. The AE will report to the Account Supervisor/and or Account Director and will have direct client contact with the external Marketing Team. Activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage the creative process for Digital, Social, Web and Video/TV projects.

Create work orders based on previous ads or new creative briefings to ensure alignment with overarching strategy

Open work order in system and assign job numbers, specs, direction

Work closely with creative teams to ensure creative is being done correctly

Work with outside vendors as needed to ensure all work has been uploaded and delivered on-time and to spec

Manage Timelines and set due dates for various stages of job completion

In partnership with Project Manager and Creative Team, manage creative process for multiple projects and deadlines to ensure staying on task

Quality Control

Communicate client changes/recommendations and provide guidance/insight regarding jobs to Creative Department and appropriate internal departments

Check work against original work order or creative brief to ensure on strategy
Agency Support
The AE will also be responsible for overseeing with the Account Coordinator for:

File organization

Meeting support
-
Daily priorities and weekly status documents

Internal timelines

The AE is evaluated on having a positive attitude, the quality of the agency output/service for assigned projects, the degree of client satisfaction and on the level of skills demonstrated in performing the job.
