Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Opthomology clinical research clinic. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate clinical research studies from initiation to completion
- Recruit and screen potential study participants
- Obtain informed consent from participants
- Collect and maintain accurate study data
- Supervise study procedures and ensure protocol compliance
- Perform patient monitoring during trials
- Conduct phlebotomy and clinical laboratory procedures as needed
- Analyze study results and prepare reports
- Maintain documentation in accordance with FDA regulations
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in supervising research activities
- Knowledge of clinical trials management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Ability to phlebotomize and perform clinical laboratory tasks
- Familiarity with analyzing study data
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to clinical research
