Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support me in various aspects of running our business. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Company Transitions: Assist during company transitions, process changes and investment opportunities.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and maintain SOPs to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
Bookkeeping: Handle financial records, invoices, and expense tracking.
Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and customer outreach.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
OEM Certification Audits: Prepare for and participate in OEM certification audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
