Title: Dispatcher

Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.
· Route Planning: Collaborate with the logistics team to plan efficient delivery routes, considering factors such as traffic, package volume, and delivery windows.
· Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatch of delivery drivers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to complete their routes effectively.
· Real-time Monitoring: Use tracking systems and communication tools to monitor delivery progress, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during transit.
· Training: Provide training materials, resources, and guidance to DSP, helping them optimize last-mile operations, enhance customer service, and improve delivery.
· Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for DSP to resolve any delivery-related issues, such as incorrect addresses or package damage.
· Oversight: Maintain meticulous records of inventory at our last-mile distribution center, ensuring the accurate tracking and management of all packages.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on packages to ensure they meet our delivery standards and are in excellent condition.
· Performance Reporting: Generate reports on delivery performance, including delivery times, success rates, and any areas requiring improvement.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees and partners adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
· Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
· Proven 1 year experience in Warehouse or logistic experience.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, prefer Bilingual Mandarin and English both written and verbal. A lot of active collaboration with teams based in China.
Please note:
· This role will manage 30 driver routes and deployment.
· Work schedule: work in the warehouse, shift turns - are scheduled for 5 days/week, strong chances of overtime hours, and the schedule may include weekends. Open availability preferred.
· Lift and able to pick and scan small-sized packages around 20 pounds
