What You Will Be Doing:
As a Traveling Piping Superintendent, you will take on a pivotal role overseeing all field operations related to weld piping on construction projects. Your accountability includes ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion while adhering to company and industry standards. This position entails extensive travel to various project sites, with the onsite field team size varying depending on project complexity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate and Oversee Pipe Fabrication:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and precise completion of pipe fabrication work.
- Direct on-site teams, adjusting sizes based on project needs.
- Align subcontractor activities with project goals.
- Work with Project Managers to create, monitor, and adhere to schedules. Attend mandatory site meetings.
- Assist in preparing and executing project plans.
- Promote strict adherence to safety procedures. Conduct weekly safety "toolbox" talks.
- Maintain MSDS and ensure Haz-com regulation compliance.
- Ensure effective communication among field personnel, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
- Handle hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Field Pipe Superintendent in construction.
- At least 10 years in Weld Piping and Fabrication.
- Strong understanding of welding and piping processes and industry standards.
- Proficient in jobsite management, safety protocols, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
