You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Our Wireless Account Associates have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of potential customers by providing them with top-of-the-line products and services offered to them by our clients. We are looking for someone to join Entry Level Management team to help our clients expand their footprint. We provide support by acting as a liaison for our clients, directly communicating one-on-one with valued customers seeking expert consultation in retail locations.

Responsibilities of our next Entry Level Management:
- Meet and communicate directly with prospective customers in the retail store on a daily basis to provide support in correspondence with their wants and needs
- Provide an individualized and positive experience for all customers, this includes providing reasonable service, adequately answering questions, and processing sales orders
- Work closely with Sales Manager to surpass sales goals and profits on home improvement needs
- Present applicable knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
- Pursue lively and engaging conversations to ensure the preservation of customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Overcome objections with the ability to prioritize customer concerns and deliver quality solutions in a timely and efficient manner
Entry Level Management requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a competitive team engaging in team-building activities such as top golf, escape rooms, beach volleyball
- Coachable and Confident attitude with the willingness to take initiative
- Go-Getter who isn't satisfied with the standard and wants to go above and beyond
- A highly reliable and accountable individual who is open to taking on more responsibility
- Relative work experience in retail, home improvement, account management, sales, or client relations is preferred
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and special events

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
