Mission - this role exists to assist the Multi-Area Director in accomplishing the mission of FCA in Greater Denver (GD) through 1) staff development, 2) financial development, 3) board development
Tasks will include:
- Communication management (newsletter, website, social media, birthday cards, etc.)
- Database management (FCA One, 90 data, Constant Contact)
- HR processing for Greater Denver (application/hiring paperwork, approving time off, initial screening calls with new applicants)
- Board support
- Meeting coordination (scheduling, communications, food order, take minutes, etc.)
- Follow-up with board members
- Event planning/coordinating (fundraisers, retreats, staff trainings, camps, etc.)
- Personal assistance for Multi-Area Director (donor check processing, expense reporting, calendar, etc.)
- Information gathering (researching grants, demographic statistics/profiles, etc.)
- Manage Greater Denver FCA calendar
- Weekly meeting with Multi-Area Director, daily phone check-in
- Attend weekly Director meeting
- Various support tasks for Multi-Area Director’s direct reports (scheduling, HR, etc.)
- Proactive planning (identifying/anticipating needs, problem solving, etc.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
