The ideal candidate should have
· Work experience as a Nurse in a hospital or ambulatory setting
· Patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Interest in Population Health
Responsibilities
Our Registered Nurses organizes and provides clinical supervision to the patient care team including, but not limited to, delegation of responsibilities, mentoring, evaluating, educating, scheduling and counseling the care team staff. Our Registered Nurses are responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients and proactively supports the efforts to ensure that standards for patient satisfaction, patient safety, and quality of care are maintained, as established by AdvantageCare Physicians. This role functions as one of the primary liaisons between patients, staff and physicians and supports the Advanced Care Model.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted, licensure in the State of New York as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, regulations and practices to give and evaluate patient care
- Knowledge or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to work independently within scope of practice, make appropriate clinical decisions and delegate appropriately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Medical Office Hours of Operation
· Monday-Thursday 8:00AM – 6:00PM
· Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
