Full Job Description/ Work From Home (I10 North and I10 South Territories Available)
Our Real Estate Investment Company is looking for an entry level Lead Processing and Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing department. Owner Financing Houston/ S&S Texas Properties is a local real estate investment company specializing in single family real estate. Our company is family owned and operated and has participated in over 1000 real estate transactions locally since 2009.
This position is critical for the smooth operations of the department. The position requires someone who is detail oriented, dedicated, and a positive upbeat team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.. Applicant must be bilingual and able to speak and read Spanish. No real estate license is required! Position is a hybrid- work from home but applicant must be willing to drive around the Houston Metro to show houses!
Our program is a mentorship into real estate/realtor. Were licensed and here to help with contract and title process. If you sale 5 houses or more will pay for you real estate classes. Were offering 2% commission on the sales price for any sale made. (for the right candidate commissions in excess of 6 figures is attainable) The work is commission based and you make your own work hours.
An additional $50.00 will be paid for any and all open houses held on weekends. Open houses will be roughly 2 hours each with an additional allotted time for break and travel in between.
Among the duties of this position, include:
·Company general administrative tasks that include data entry, editing and formatting of documents, compiling reports, conducting research, etc.
· Writing creative real estate listing descriptions for all company properties
· Assisting with administration of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and Facebook)
· Contribute ideas for marketing strategies, advertisements, and promotions.
In addition to having exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, this position requires someone with solid communication skills (verbal and writing) and preferably someone who:
· Has 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
· Has strong editing and proofreading abilities with excellent grammar, spelling, and composition skills
· Can work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Is self-motivated, displays initiative and ability to follow through with tasks to completion
· Has advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with marketing computer programs and online applications

We Offer:
·Commission of sales of 2%.... Most sales are above $200,000.00= $4,000.00

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday Hybrid Office. Office/work from home requirement subject to hours spent at open houses.
Supplemental pay types:
2% commission pay based on home sales price.
An additional $50.00 per open house will be paid upon completion. Proof of holding the open house must be provided to be paid. i.e. Picture of you at the property preferably with a time stamp and sign in sheet for guest.
Ability to commute/relocate:
You must be based in Houston (no outside applications will be reviewed)
Experience:
Creative writing: 1 year (Required)
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Work from Home Position. Must be willing to drive and show houses as needed.
