Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Schedule service technicians
· Track all aspects of the technician including jobs, material used and needed and scheduling efficiently
· Provide excellent customer service
· Answer customer calls
· Sabre Blue update and schedule Sabre Blue customers
· Enter payments into Payzer
· Responsible for on call phone on a rotation basis
· Update customer notes in MAS
· Works with team members to efficiently and effectively operate the service department
· On call rotation
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Detail oriented
· Excellent customer service skills
· Efficient with Microsoft Office products
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Work well with team mates

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
