Salad Joon is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service. They should also be quick learners ready to use our POS system and contribute to creating a positive dining atmosphere.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble salads and other menu items to high-quality standards, following recipes and maintaining attention to detail.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- POS System Proficiency: Efficiently learn and use our Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and handle transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
