Job Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving our brand forward on a national scale. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a compassionate leader who empowers and inspires our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the firm’s growth and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to set and achieve strategic goals.
- Assist with the national expansion of our brand.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Client Relations:
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and projects.
- Financial Oversight:
