Description:
Overview: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact to for Gallagher Staging and Productions by providing excellent customer service to visitors to the office and via telephone.
Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

Answer high-volume of incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service

Screen phone calls to ensure transferred to appropriate team member

Greet clients and vendors at front desk

Maintain office supplys and order as needed

Provide general administrative support to various departments when requested

Prepare, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Assist with coordinating travel arrangements
-
Follow up with clients regarding recent orders
-
Manage special projects for management
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 1-year experience working in a similar customer service role

Must have a friendly and positive attitude

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in computer software programs, particularly Google Suite products
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent organization and planning skills
