QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Ability to organize, interpret and present statistical data to users in a manner appropriate to users' skill set and needs;
Experience in a leadership position (i.e., grade-level, department, or committee chair, current school test coordinator);
Five years of teaching experience, or equivalent experience with leading teams, interpreting and presenting data to teams, etc.;
Experience in workshop presentations;
Training in Data-driven Instruction;
Ability to work in a team relationship with other school-based professionals;
Successful experience providing training to personnel;
Excellent organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
Ability to create informative visualizations of data to support school staff with evaluation and planning efforts;
Knowledge of all regulations governing test administration and data reporting policies and procedures as listed in COMAR 13A.03.04, Board of Education Policy 6139, and Administrative Procedure 6139; and
Extensive knowledge of basic software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email) and statistical software (i.e. SQL, SPSS, Access, Filemaker Pro).
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
CERTIFICATION REQUIRMENTS:
Holds or is eligible for a Professional Certificate appropriate to area of assignment issued by the Maryland State Department of Education.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
