Job purpose
The Sales Manager – CMD will manage branch sales personnel as it pertains to sales, gross profit, market share and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manager and supervise construction machinery sales personnel
- Manager all unit sales functions and processes
- Responsible for increasing market share targets as assigned
- Increase branch sales volumes per forecast
- Develop and maintain increased customer relationships in market place
- Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience
- High School Diploma, GED or Bachelor’s Degree in applied discipline preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company
- Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company
- Must have current driver’s license and good driving record (if Applicable)
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends
- Must be proficient with Windows System (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook)
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must maintain good client relations
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
- Must have the ability to travel and stay overnight
- Must have the ability to supervise and motivate others
- Must have the ability to effectively evaluate others
- Must meet minimum performance standards for all assignments
- Must protect the company assets and interest
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $61,000.00 per year
