Summary: The Warehouse Brand Transparency Associate assists in managing and enhancing the transparency of the company’s warehouse and supply chain operations. This includes supporting the product traceability efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and aiding in the communication of transparency initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. This position will also support other warehouse needs to meet priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Applies Brand Transparency labels to product ensuring the right label is applied to the correct product
- Opens cases, unpacks product, applies labels where indicated, repacks product into boxes, and puts cases where appropriate in warehouse
- Let's supervisor know when low on labels to ensure timely reordering of labels
- Updates databases and inventory according to SOP
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and keeping aisles and storage areas clear of obstructions. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Warehouse Site Manager.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
