CPSFL has an exciting opportunity for a Director of BRIDGES at Highland for a full-time position. The purpose of BRIDGES is to enhance parental & community capacity in targeted neighborhoods around increasing healthy births, decreasing child abuse and neglect, increasing school readiness and increasing rates for 3rd grade children reading on grade level. The Director is responsible for the day to day coordination and management of the BRIDGES site and its staff in regards to supervision and development. They oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the BRIDGES’ key functions and core components. They are directly responsible for leading the partnership engagement efforts that can yield local community collaborative impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree required
- Bi-lingual Spanish required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in management & supervision.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in program development.
- Flexible schedule to include evening hours and weekend hours.
- Competent level of computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel, as well as usage of the internet and e-mail.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $62,800
