We are a New Berlin based school and sport photography company who is looking for a customer service representative to join our dynamic team. No weekends or holidays!
Monday-Friday: 9am-3pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high level customer satisfaction via phone and email by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
- Responding to customer questions concerning products and processing sales transactions.
- Handling customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures.
- Responding to customer inquiries over the phone or via email.
- Navigating quickly between multiple databases accurately.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
