Job Summary:
Mister A’s is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, maintaining our high standards of service and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in restaurant management and demonstrates exceptional leadership skills in a fine dining setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor setup, staffing and operation to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Maintain an elegant and hospitable dining atmosphere including the execution
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold Mister A’s service standards and foster a professional work environment.
- Coordination of BOH and bar staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure FOH compliance with Mister A’s service and handbook standards.
- Ensure compliance with San Diego County health, safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining setting.
- Flexible availability for both AM and PM shifts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency
Helpful Qualifications:
- Proficiency with OpenTable Guest Center and Toast POS.
- Fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
