We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team, specializing in troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for technical problems
- Document and track customer issues using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer support, IT support, or a related field
