Behavioral Health Therapies is looking for ABA Behavior Therapists to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students aged 3 – 22 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Candidates should
- enjoy working with children;
- have a minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent;
- have an interest in or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field;
- be able to demonstrate experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach; and,
- be able to submit a transcript.

Your Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician
- Provides one-on-one therapy to our clients as well as leads or assists in peer play and social groups.
- Helps children acquire new skills and work towards individualized goals tailored for improving communication, social interaction, problem solving, and adaptive living skills.
- Uses of proper teaching, behavior change, and data collection.
- Works with BCBA’s and provides feedback on a child’s progress.
- Teaches children appropriate social behaviors.
- Ensures children’s safety during indoor and/or outdoor activities.
If interested in getting your BCBA or BCaBA, make a 3+ year commitment to Behavioral Health Therapies and you:
- Pay nothing for your 1500 hours of supervision required to complete your boards (that’s a savings of $7,000 or more!).
- Work full-time and receive competitive pay and benefits during your RBT tenure (while you complete your supervision and work toward your boards!).
- Once board-certified, work as an analyst with BHT for a minimum of three (3) years earning competitive pay and benefits and continue the good work you started.
- Work in a state with many internationally recognized Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
