What will your responsibilities include?
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing the company’s services. Such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and air purification systems. Including electrical subpanels, meter panels, circuits, lighting and more! The main objective is to generate leads from all channels, organic and paid marketing, so the technicians and comfort advisors can provide our services to residential and commercial clients. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for the technicians and comfort advisors (Keeping their Board Filled)
- Create Campaigns to remarket our existing customers
- Creation of Social Media Posts
- Social Media Management
- Utilize our Software systems GoHigh Level and Service Titan to build converting campaigns
- Create Funnels: Sites, Automation and Lead Nurture
- Create a Marketing Budget based on a percentage of annual sales
- Create a Marketing Allocation of that budget across a spread of media
- Create a Marketing Calendar that has the creation and deliver of triggered marketing designed to boost sales at key time throughout the year for heating, cooling and electrical
- Creating Marketing systems that function automatically
- Manage the performance of the marketing vendors
- Participate in all company sponsored training lessons.
- Always maintain professional demeanor in the workplace
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Abide by all company Code of Ethics, Employee Handbook and Team Rules.
- Generate sales leads by getting referrals and passing out door hangers
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Conduct administrative tasks such as; fill out necessary inspection forms, material list and checklists.
Success for the Social Media Marketing Specialist Includes:

2. Systematically achieving continuous leads from all digital & traditional marketing platforms

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
