NIP Group www.nipgroup.com is a rapidly growing insurance service provider of specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers providing underwriting, distribution, product management, administration, and risk management services primarily by acting as a managing underwriter (MGA) and a Reciprocal Services Manager (RSM).

What You'll Do:

Responsible for sourcing and cultivating insured leads
- Cold calling from list of insureds to generate leads (pic)

Cold calling from list of generated leads to verify lead information (verification)
- Manage, grow, and develop brand awareness
- Consistently capture and track sales prospecting activity in system
- Represent the company with professionalism during every prospective and existing client interaction
- Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring:

High School Diploma
- Insurance or financial industry experience a plus (pic)
- Basic Insurance knowledge (verification)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
