Overview:
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join our team to grow our D2C channel on DeepReef.net. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a start up so your responsibilities may vary slightly, and you'll be required to create documentation, SOPs, and devise/implement effective marketing strategies.
Duties:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement mainly using Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns across various channels
- Analyze data to track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to drive results
- Utilize social media marketing, digital marketing, and advertising sales techniques to reach target audiences
- Work on Google Analytics event management, and Google Ads campaigns
- Create compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain and update the company's WordPress website
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media marketing strategies
- Strong budgeting skills to manage advertising spend effectively
- Experience in sales and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for data analysis
- Strong research skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Familiarity with advertising sales techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Experience working with WordPress for website management
