Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a front desk point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
- Utilize software tools like DocuSign for electronic document processing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in personal assistant duties is a plus
