The Personal Success Program (PSP) presents programming for young adults ages 18 – 25, with mild to moderate disabilities. Programs are offered on campus at the College of Lake County and include personal enrichment opportunities, independent living skills, and vocationally focused classes. The PSP Volunteer supports program and instructional staff in community and student interaction.
Required Qualification(s)
- Minimum of Associate’s degree
- Experience with special needs populations

Summary of Essential Functions
- Assist program staff in conducting campus tours for prospective students
- Assist admitted students in acquiring college ID (accompany student to location for pick up)
- Interact with students during class breaks
- Occasionally assist classroom teachers with special projects
- Assist program staff with special projects as needed
