**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and transcribe information accurately
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in a medical office environment is preferred
- Proficient in proofreading and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Familiarity with office management procedures
