Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development within the staffing industry. This role offers an attractive compensation package with a base salary starting at $80,000 per year plus uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a business development or account executive role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
