The receptionist is the first person our guest meets when they enter our community. He/she is responsible for greeting guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service, handling internal/external calls, taking and passing on messages, general administrative/clerical duties and monitor who enters and exits the community. Temp checks and covid testing as needed.
Qualifications for the position include a compassionate and caring demeanor, a high level of customer service, and excellent time management and organizational skills. Successful candidates will have prior experience in a clerical setting, have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office), and have an outgoing and approachable personality. He/she should be able to prioritize tasks from multiple people.
