Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is the new take on the classic burger joint. Our location in Las Vegas (located inside the Venetian Resort), is looking for upbeat, vibrant individuals interested in joining our team as Host/Hostess. Skills:
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, high energy environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public and staff.
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
- Manage the flow of guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate.
- Tend to special guest needs and requests.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety polices and works in a clean and organized manner/environment.
- Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to commute.
- Good Attendance is a major factor for this position.
Requirements:
- Health card required
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read Menus
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
- A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment in order to answer telephone and respond to guest requests.
