Spectrum Promotional Products is an established, rapidly growing company of about 35 people. We need additional help to support our growth. We're looking for someone capable and excited to take on new challenges as they arise.
Front Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Light bookkeeping duties include invoicing, posting vendor invoices, taking credit card payments, and other potential duties if time and ability allow.
- Data entry. Entering data and helping maintain large spreadsheets.
- Keying in purchase orders.
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries.
- Copying, scanning, and digitally filing documents.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Front Office Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Comfort in answering and screening calls.
- Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable maintaining a happy, helpful, positive, and communicative workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
