Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finances and accounting, possess excellent organizational skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Oversee financial activities such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget management.
Relationship with banks and lenders.
Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Assist with HR-related tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Notary Public license in Florida
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a finance-related setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary:
$40,000 starting salary plus insurances.
