We are seeking a leader to direct business operations within our Retail Businesses, Retail Operations, Production, Transportation / Donation Operations, and Online E-commerce. This person will help develop, implement, and evaluate all strategic planning, fiscal management, and policy matter in the above mentioned business operations in accordance with organizational objectives
IN THIS ROLE YOU WOUD:
- Develop and implement Business, Strategic , and Financial plans.
- Develop, analyze, and control the annual budget of Retail Operations.
- Develop, review and revise as necessary annual departmental goals and objectives.
- Conduct sales and productivity analysis and initiate appropriate action necessary to achieve strategic and financial goals.
- Establish, implement, and evaluate related operational policies, standards, and procedures.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum of Three/Five (3 to 5) years of experience in Operations/Distribution management (preferably in the retail industry).
- Strong financial and budget management skills. Experience with reporting and analysis.
- Must have a valid driver’s license issued in the State of Nebraska and meet insurance requirement.
