SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Collaborate with the Education Development Manager on the development, planning, and implementation of educational activities and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Attend and assist with the management of all assigned course programs in Trauma and Spine and associated labs from inception to post-course (either in person or virtually), which includes:
Coordinate staffing and with all stakeholders (including faculty, commercial supporters, AV consultants, digital learning team, digital communications team, vendors, site staff and other AO NA staff)
Manage faculty invitations, ongoing course maintenance including faculty assignments coaching, mentor/mentee programs and faculty honorariums
In conjunction with Member Relations, ensuring all course participants needs are addressed and enrollment is on plan
Travel to course site as necessary to support the team and ensure needs of participants and faculty are met
Responsible for maintaining all course related documentation for accreditation purposes
Communicate effectively with faculty, other team members and collaborate with other functional areas within AO NA as needed to ensure activities are successful
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing/promotion materials.
Support education committee meetings and accomplish tasks as assigned by the EDM
Promote assigned specialty membership as necessary
Assist EDM with packing and shipping of materials to course site and retrieving returned materials (in corporate office)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is a standard indoor office environment and/or standard hotel/convention center environment.
TRAVEL
Airline travel is the typical travel method. Valid passport required for international travel (e.g., Canada).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Typical office environment occupational tasks are sitting, standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds), carrying, reaching, keyboarding, pushing, reading, speaking, listening, and pulling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of education/non-profit/healthcare experience

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
