The Ad Operations Coordinator position will be responsible for the site tagging, creative tagging, trafficking, management, and conversion tracking across all digital media channels for all Davis Elen clients.
Direct Report
The Ad Operations Analyst position will be reporting directly to the Associate Media Director, Ad Operations. The position will also work closely with the digital planners and broadcast investment buyers.

Supports the digital and broadcast departments in the tagging (floodlights, pixels, tag management), trafficking, conversion tracking and stewardship across all clients

Trafficking – Working with digital planners and buyers to traffic placements

Attaching creative to placements for tag finalization and distribution

Submitting tags to IAS/Innovid for wrapping

Changing out creative as needed
-
Live Checks – Confirming if a buy is live and resolving any launch issues

Pulling reports for verification partners have launched

Working with vendors to correct tagging issues
-
Submitting live status reports to respective team members

Asset management – Procuring and organizing creative assets for campaigns

Working with planners to ensure timing delivery of assets
-
Alerting planners on issues with specs or missing assets
-
Assist digital planners in campaign analysis and reporting dashboards

Monitor ad fraud reporting making sure brand safety measures are being adhered to

Assist teams in billing reconciliation

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field

Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Emphasis on Excel)

Program knowledge: Google Campaign Manager (or similar serving software i.e. Sizmek), Innovid (or similar video/audio ad serving software i.e. Extreme Reach), Integral Ad Science (or similar verification software i.e. Double verify, MOAT)
