Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the logistics industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain sector
- Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize logistics operations
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient dispatching and delivery processes
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, particularly within the logistics field
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of dispatching procedures to streamline delivery processes
