Purpose: To lead and develop OEM business in assigned territory by using both Global and customer specific materials, implementing short- and long-term business plans and actions in order to maximize company revenue. This position would cover the Midwest.
Responsibilities:
· Systematically develop and identify OEM growth opportunities plans within the assigned territory.
· Develops and presents proposals to/for specific customers and potential customers per their requirements, including industry specific solutions.
· Manage sales activities with emphasis on strategic profitable growth and predictable forecasting.
· Ensures sales standards and processes are met and followed; will follow-up on corrective actions.
· Works with internal representatives and independent sales representative agencies to maintain service and expand customer base for the growth of existing customers as well as to bring on new customers weekly.
· Builds and maintains rapport with key customers; identifies new customer opportunities.
· Strategically identify and follow up with targeted customers with daily, weekly scheduled Sales and Engineering calls to determine new product opportunities and/or service changes.
· Stays current regarding industry trends through surveying consumer needs, tracking competitors and participating in education opportunities. Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
· Develop persuasive presentations, sales proposals, and effective price propositioning to engage customers in business deals, upselling and cross-selling ICM products.
· Provide competitive pricing proposals and new product development recommendations to management.
· Provides technical and non-technical support and services to customers or other staff members regarding the use, operation and maintenance of product.
· Weekly collaborative efforts with ICM Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management teams
· Daily correspondence with outside manufacturing representatives.
· Travels 70% of time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM field, Business Administration or similar
Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Marketing/Customer Service/Sales in HVAC areas.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
