Living Water Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a
Healthcare Clinic Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be
responsible for providing support to our healthcare clinic and management team by performing
a variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and meetings by communicating with vendors and maintain/coordinate management schedules with Google Workspace Calendar
- Familiarize and integrate with our various programs/platforms and our Electronic Medical Records system
- Utilize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and conduct Zoom meetings
- Provide assistance to management by ensuring Living Water Clinic policies and procedures are followed and practiced
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliant confidentiality
- Order and maintain office and medical supplies
- Understand and utilize technology (i.e. computers, tablets, internet) to conduct proper workplace tasks
- Run errands as needed to support clinic operations
- Assist Clinic Managers as needed
- Conduct research for new programs and initiatives
- Assist in completing projects and research for management
- Assist in marketing tasks to promote clinic services and providers
- Ensure workplace operations are efficient and effective
- Act as a liaison between upper management and medical assistants/front desk staff
- Maintain our organization's mission and vision by incorporating Living Water Clinic’s values into workplace culture
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree (bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple locations
- The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
