POSITION SUMMARY
Warehouse Supervisor: Coordinates and directs material and equipment receiving, documentations, storage, issuing and off-site shipping activities for assigned project. Responsible for the execution of the material control system through effective warehousing activities. Monitors and records all receipts, overages, shortages, etc. using manual and computerized systems.

· Supervise warehouse staff
· Responsible for warehouse coordination
· Coordinate daily activities
· Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse and yard area
· Schedule pick up and deliveries, coordinate job site schedule
§ Managing of incoming inventory, materials and parts
§ Manage outgoing shipments; pre-load and deliver materials, parts or equipment to various jobsites or prepare for shipping to the neighbor islands
· Prepare orders to be shipped interisland via Aloha/Hawaiian Airline or Young Brothers
· Review and verify orders received, appropriately label all material with job name and department
· Generate purchase orders as required
· Verify that all items listed on purchase orders have been received and the appropriate invoices are attached
· Print and distribute purchasing reports/information to the appropriate departments
· Assist with ordering parts and materials
· Price out material requisition forms from inventory
· Responsible for record keeping of various jobs and purchase orders
· Maintain a high degree of communication and coordinate with other departments regarding warehouse purchases
· Assist with other functions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma
· 5-8 years of Warehouse management or supervisor experience
· 1 year of administrative experience
· 1 year of purchasing experience desired
· High level of accountability
· Knowledgeable of construction materials and tools
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and requests
· Able to lift 50 pounds
· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
· Certified to operate a forklift is desired
· Must reside on Oahu and be eligible to work in the United States
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The primary work environment is in warehouse. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute break. May be subject to irregular working hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on business demands. Travel may be required to vendors and customers sites.
