**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling on new business, managing existing business, and collaborating with the branch manager and other sales representatives to facilitate meetings within a designated territory. This role requires a strong sales acumen, computer proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call on new and existing business to generate sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the branch manager and sales team to schedule and facilitate meetings with clients.
- Manage and grow accounts within a designated territory.
- Utilize computer systems and software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Manage some day-to-day office management duties as time allows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, with some experience in outside sales.
- Computer savvy and proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong sales-driven mentality with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Experience in abrasive blasting and painting is a plus.
- Ability to handle minor office-management duties as needed.
