We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of activities that support customer service, sales and management of the organization. The person we chose will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, inventory, scheduling, communication to customers and management, and ensuring completeness of administrative tasks. The assistant will Operate in a professional office environment as well as within a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently exceptional level of customer service to customers, contractors and team members in a very fast paced work atmosphere.
- Serve as main point of contact for all incoming phone calls
- Data entry and data management within sales data base.
- Maintains inventory control of office equipment and office supply.
- Handles scheduling for Field Service Technicians
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Internet software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
- High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker
- Have exceptional responsiveness, communication and teamwork skills
- Assist with inventory schedules, adjustments, and tracking.
- Administrative functions such as: email, filing, faxing.
- Project work as assigned.
- Handles varied tasks and projects, often with tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced/high volume environment.
- Efficient scheduling experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
