Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional and National Sales Manager to oversee sales in Colorado, manage national sales efforts, and serve as a liaison with key national distributor contacts. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sales to drive growth and maintain strong customer relationships within the Convenience Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- National Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed national sales targets, including pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Key Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key HQ contacts, providing essential support and resources for success in the Convenience Services channel.
- Account Management: Manage and service major customer accounts in Colorado, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular visits, presentations, and strategic planning.
- Sales Strategy Development: Implement sales strategies and collaborate with the sales team on high-value deals and long-term relationship building.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics like manufacturer revenue, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to update senior management on performance, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 5-7 years in the CPG industry.
- Proven success in sales management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in sales and data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with manufacturers as needed.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
