Test Engineering Manager

You will manage the manpower and resources in a multi-faceted engineering and test facility. You will also work with talented program managers to ensure major programs are being successfully executed on time and under budget. Be prepared to embrace something new and different every day!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitor personnel performance and training

Participate in major program reviews

Review quotes as needed
-
Participate in proposal development for major programs

Provide engineering guidance at a top-level when required

Coordinate the maintenance and troubleshooting of department assets

Improve department processes and efficiency
-
Improve quality and on time delivery
-
Mentor test engineers and help grow their knowledge of the industry

Strong background in Vibration and Environmental testing
-
Program management experience a plus
-
Able to work overtime as needed
- Must have the ability to motivate and grow our team
The ideal Candidate will need:
-
4-year degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
-
Min 3+ yrs. experience managing engineers/testing environment
-
5+ yrs. experience working in a Testing environment, strong plus
-
Must have strong computer knowledge
- The ability to manage multiple programs at any given time

US citizenship is required
